冻结管环形空间充填堵水技术应用与质量控制

摘要:

大海则矿井区域属于白垩系和侏罗系煤系地层,含水软岩抗压强度较低,煤矿立井采用全深冻结法施工。本文结合工程实际介绍了冻结管环形空间充填堵水技术在西部含水软岩地层中应用的必要性和实施概况。同时提出了若干项技术措施及性质要点来对实施质量进行控制,保证井筒建设与生产的安全。整个泥浆置换工序实施顺利,达到预期效果。

Abstract:

Dahaize mine region belong to the Cretaceous and Jurassic coal-bearing strata. The compressive strength of aqueous soft rock is low, and mine shafts are constructed by full deep freezing method. This article describes the necessity and implementation of filling water shut-off technology of freezing pipe annular space in the aqueous soft rock strata in the west by combining engineering practice. This paper also propose a number of technical measures and nature points to control the quality of implementation and ensure the safety of construction and production of mine shafts. The process of slurry replacement is implemented smoothly and achieve the desired results.
